Overweight can lead to low self-esteem

Don't we all want to lose weight, It is everybody dream of lossing another extra five kg if we are overweight. The pressure is certainly out there, rake thin modelswearing a super thin jeans, and glossy magazines carring features and model looking slim and beautiful. While you enjoy the body you have and be proud of it, you should also aware that overweight can be dangerous to your health and well-being.

If you are overweight it means health problems and lack of physical prowess and sometimes it can lead to low self-esteem and depression. So this is what you have to do now. Start with your daily exercises and eating right. An enormous amount of discipline and will-power is needed to curb those fingers from reaching out for an extra donut or a piece of cake.
